Wheeling machine is an old Brown and Boggs cast iron frame. It
does
flex.
The CMCT (as in Chem-Milled Contour Template) is being checked to the panel for proper shape.
The men are now checking the panel to the EMT (Engineering/Manufacturing Template), or extremely heavy-duty
fiberglass reinforced station buck.
