Martin Body Hammers

Martin Tools makes very good American auto-body hand tools. These are based on the old patterns from Fairmont, Paramount, Proto, Blackhawk, and others. We have found this company to be responsive to the market, and they are genuine made-in-America.

We do not carry "rough-faced" hammers, either with the waffle pattern or the twisty pattern. These hammers are sold by people who do not do metalwork of any kind, and the hammers themselves just mark up the metal. If you want to learn the proper way to shrink metal using simple hand tools or machines, then we suggest you check out our How To article, “Shrinking Metal - Do’s & Don’ts” Please Note, You will not shrink sheet metal by bonking on it with a rough-faced club.
Deep Reach Dinging Hammer
