In 1982, Kent built his own wheeling machine from scratch, using information gained from several fine craftsmen.  Over the years, demand for high-quality wheels grew.  We offer two models:

It's about more than just shiny paint—this tool is for those rare people serious about quality production work, and who want a proven, durable, and well-designed machine .  Not a "Hobby Tool", this is an industrial grade machine.

Advantages to consider:

• Ideal Stiffness: Arched 3/8" thick frame. The true arch provides the best geometry for the big machines—not possible with tube shapes! This frame will work: 1/8 aluminum, 16 gauge titanium, 14 gauge steel, .090 2024 t6 skins, etc.—without flexing and flip-flopping over center, and without getting sprung and "taking a set."
• Upper Wheel has full relief (not billet), full ball bearing and large diameter for easy push-pull, also heat treated and ground —welds on steel sheet planish without ruining the polished working face, and nice runout makes parts true without lumps. Axle thrust washers reduce friction and make wheeling easier!
• Flame-cut & welded construction is of the same used on much American machinery for nearly a century.
• Lower Rolls Hardened and ground for durable precision , to make beautiful parts for many years, from any material that is required.

  Wide 3.5" Rolls offer more support, less marking on big panels. Larger contact working mean faster production .
• Liftjack is precision ground and hardened. Acme thread with fitted bronze nut for finest action and durability.
• No Quick Release to wear out—fully brushed and supported flywheel-type handwheel has rapid downdrop and pointer assures accurate reset.
• And the upper saddle and lower saddle can rotate 90deg to enable you to work into the throat on those long panels.
• Triangular Caster Location provides stability without getting underfoot.  Machine only moves if and when you want it to.
