This series of photos shows a large fusellage skin repair done to a 727 cargo plane, at Shannon MRO, in Shannon, Ireland.

MRO workers at Shannon service the European UPS fleet of Boeing 727 craft.
Shannon MRO's hard-working crew chief is Benny Buxton. His crew of 15 men spent five days training on part replacement with Kent White in February 2002.
The skins shown in the following photos were made by men that I trained on the Wheeling Machine a few months earlier.
They made these panels in a few hours, using skills attained in 3 days of training specifically on the Wheel.
I believe this shows how practical certain unusual forming skills can be in maintaining commercial aircraft.
