Metalworking International Orders - TM Technologies

Tm Technologies has customers all over the world and we do our best to make sure that we can meet their needs. Although we cannot speak every foreign language we will try our best to overcome the language barrier and help you in any way possible.

Payment:
All international orders must be paid in full with U.S. funds by a credit or debit card with the Visa, MasterCard, or American Express Logo. Cashier’s checks and PayPal are accepted also. If you would like to pay by check it must be a cashier’s check that is drawn on a U.S. bank. No personal checks.

Exchange Rates on International Orders:
All the prices you see on our website are in U.S. dollars. We do not have any control over exchange rates because the exact rates of exchange will vary from bank to bank. If you are unsure of how much your purchase will be when it is converted to your currency you may use the converter below to acquire an estimate of the current exchange. Please note: this is just an online estimate and under no circumstance are we guaranteeing the price. For an exact rate you will need to contact your financial institution with the total amount of your purchase in U.S. dollars and request the exact total in your currency according to your bank's rate of exchange.

Sales Tax and Duties:
We do not collect any United States sales tax on international orders, but ALL Duty fees, Customs, VAT, Import Taxes, or other point of entry charges for shipments to foreign countries outside of the continental United States that may be owed to that foreign country or its tax authority are to be paid by the customer / recipient of the international shipment. International purchasers will need to contact their customs office for up to date duty and tax information.

Backorders & Shipping
Although the shipping calculator on our website is accurate some items may require additional shipping and handling. The customer is responsible for these additional costs and the order will not be shipped until the balance in paid in full. Some items we sell are usually drop shipped straight from the manufacturer. If the manufacturer does not offer international shipping, or you have ordered multiple items some of which are usually drop-shipped, the drop-shipped items will then need to be shipped to us first so that we can then ship to you. This usually will not add any additional cost but it will add a delay to your order being processed and shipped of up to 7 days. If you are in a hurry you will need to contact us at 530-292-3506 to check to see how soon the items you want could be shipped.

If an item you order is on back order we may hold your order for up to 7 days so that we can ship your order complete. If the item will be out of stock for longer than 7 days we will contact you to determine the best solution.

All Items over $200.00 in value or over 4lbs will be shipped insured. This cost is included in the shipping charges online and no additional payment will be collected. Most orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service. Larger orders will be shipped via BAX Global or UPS Freight. All items on our website are available for international delivery; however we do not ship all of our products to every country. We do not offer free shipping on any international orders, and we will declare all international shipments at full value.

Please Note: If you refuse a shipment on an order which you have placed with us, if you decide that you do not want to take delivery of an item because you do not want to pay customs fees to your government, or if you miss the scheduled delivery attempts to your delivery address and your undelivered order is returned to us, the Federal Express shipping charges for both (1) the return shipment from your country and (2) your original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund once the returned shipment has been received by us. If the item goes unclaimed and is not returned to us there will be no refund in any amount.
