The Lancaster shrinker – stretcher has remained almost unchanged since 1939. All the parts you find listed on our site will fit any of the original Lancaster machines. However, if you are trying to modify or improve one of the imported copies of this machine, there is no guarantee these parts will fit.
Lancaster Body Parts Breakdown
This complete breakdown of the Lancaster Shrinker – Stretcher body shows all parts required to assemble a complete unit, minus the cartridge. Both the Shrinker and the Stretcher use the same body, so all part are interchangeable. Please note that the Lancaster uses press in pins for both the pressure arm and fulcrum arm. If your machine uses a C-clip to hold the pins in place your machine is not an original Lancaster and these parts may not be 100% compatible.
